With an aggressive profitable growth strategy, we are actively looking for an experienced Technical Solution Engineer to join our MEA team, reporting to the Head of Technology, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates .


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Overview/Summary:

Accountable for bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions. The role ensures the successful delivery of optimized communication and network solutions by providing presales technical support, designing and presenting solutions, preparing technical proposals, and assisting in deployments. This position plays a key role in supporting the Sales team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and competitiveness of the organization in the telecommunications market.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Support the Sales team in all presale’s technical activities, including customer meetings, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and site surveys.
  • Support tender responses (RFI/RFP/RFQ) with technical documentation and compliance matrices.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose optimized technical solutions
  • Design and present solutions, such as Indoor Active & Passive DAS, BSA (Base Station Antenna), Repeaters, RAN/ORAN solutions, etc
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Provide field support, including on-site technical assistance during trials, PoC (Proof of Concept), and deployments.
  • Perform product troubleshooting, fault analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Conduct technical training and product workshops for customers and partners.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams at headquarters to resolve technical issues and improve solution performance.
  • Stay updated with new technologies, competitor products, and market trends.
  • Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and technical meetings as required.


Key Competencies :

  • Experience working with mobile operators, neutral host providers, and system integrators.
  • Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong teamwork abilities.
  • Experience commissioning and integrating IBS sites.
  • iBwave design experience and certification.
  • Post-processing tools such as TEMS, Nemo, and TEMS discovery


Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field


Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 experience in an RF/Technical Solution Engineer, Presales Engineer, or similar role within the telecom industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Active/ Passive DAS and Repeaters
  • Ability to design and explain complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia when required
