Technical Solutions Specialist

The Technical Solution Specialist provides technical and product support to sales teams, resellers, and customers throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include developing solutions, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to define tailored solutions, participating in customer engagements, and supporting proposal development. Engineering expertise is applied to technology selection, design optimization, and adherence to standard processes.
