About the Role

Teleperformance Egypt is hiring Technical Support Specialists to handle inbound customer support on behalf of a global client. You will troubleshoot technical issues, deliver high-quality customer experiences, and drive additional revenue through sales opportunities — all within a structured, performance-rewarded environment.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: 12,000 EGP/month
• Transport Allowance: 1,000 EGP/month
• Monthly KPI Bonus: 100 EUR/month
• Overtime Rate: $5/hour
• Sales Commission: Unlimited — no cap
• Total Net Take-Home: 19,500 EGP/month
