Technical support -computer hardware/Networking/IT background

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated technician with basic IT knowledge and cabling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can learn quickly, follow instructions, and work safely in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test network cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber, etc.)

• Assist with basic IT tasks, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and equipment connections

• Run cables in commercial and residential buildings

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Work with team members to complete daily assignments and meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Basic IT knowledge (computers, networks, routers, switches)

• Experience or understanding of cable installation

• Ability to lift and carry equipment and work on ladders

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
