Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Technical Support & Digital Helper to assist users with their technology needs. This is a flexible, starter-level role for someone who enjoys technology, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. You will be supporting content creation, simple automations, website updates, and basic tech troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

1. Light Digital Tasks & Organization

Assist with file organization, updating Google Drive folders, and managing simple dashboards (Google Sheets/Notion).

2. Basic SEO & Website Support

Check Google Search Console, update simple titles/descriptions, and help keep pages up to date.

3. Simple Automations (Beginner Level)

Use basic tools like Zapier or Make.com to connect simple tasks (Google Sheets → reminders, etc.).

4. Social Media & Engagement Tracking (Algorithm Basics)

Help monitor which posts perform best, suggest the best posting times, and support simple engagement tasks that help content perform better in the algorithm.

Skills

Basic tech troubleshooting, Google Workspace, simple dashboards, SEO, light automations, digital platform support, organized, strong communication, fast learner.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week

Experience:

  • Basic IT Support / Troubleshooting: 1 year (Required)
  • Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs): 1 year (Required)
  • Basic Automation Tools: 1 year (Required)
  • SEO (Google Search Console): 1 year (Required)
  • Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)
