Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting application issues, and assisting in system maintenance and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to users and resolve application-related issues

Troubleshoot problems involving SQL Server databases, .NET applications, and APIs

Work closely with the development team to identify and fix system bugs

Assist in monitoring system performance and ensuring system stability

Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support or application support role

Strong knowledge of SQL Server (queries, basic troubleshooting)

Experience with .NET technologies

Understanding of APIs

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and customer service skills
