Technical Support Engineer

Dynamic Flow Computers, a leader in flow measurement solutions, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide remote and on‑site technical support and deliver customer training sessions for flow computer users.

What You’ll Do

• Provide remote (phone/email/video) and in‑person technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot flow computers, hardware, firmware, and configurations
• Support installation, commissioning, and start‑up
• Deliver technical training sessions (remote and on‑site) for customers and partners
• Document support cases and collaborate with engineering teams on complex issues

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or application engineering
• Experience with industrial instrumentation or flow measurement and familiar with electronic flow measurement devices (EFM)
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site support and training
