Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

- 1 st line support (local and remote)

- 2 nd line support (local and remote troubleshooting)

- Local demos

- Firmware upgrades

- Remote support for Hardware upgrades

- Local and remote training

- Testing of traditional products

Qualifications:

Education : B.Sc. in Electronics & Communications Engineering

Grade (cumulative) : Good and above

Experience : Fresh - 2 years

Skills

 Troubleshooting analytical skills

 Logical

 Fast Learning ability

 Good listener and interrogator

 Subjective

 Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships both internally

and externally.

 Disciplined and committed to customer time commitments

 Multi-tasking, problem solve in stressful situations.

 Very good spoken and written English Language, very good spoken Arabic.

 Good knowledge of PC Software and Hardware.

 Good Internet skills.

 Experience with enterprise communication equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) is

a strong advantage.

 Strong technical expertise and knowledge of communication applications

(communication equipment, testing, etc) is a strong advantage.

Pay: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per month
