Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support to end users across a range of computer-related issues

Troubleshoot scope and resolve technical problems across GSD business applications and IT systems while adhering to ITIL incident and service request management protocols

Diagnose network-related issues using basic computer networking concepts and technology

Support MS Office Suite applications including Outlook MS Teams and related tools

Address Windows OS related problems and provide hardware support

Identify and resolve basic computer hardware and troubleshooting issues

Ensure security and compliance by supporting BitLocker and multi factor authentication

Assist with Windows domain server and domain related troubleshooting

Resolve cloud computing and browser-related technical issues
