Technical Support Engineer - Jeddah

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for various IT hardware and networking solutions at client locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

· Diagnose and resolve IT hardware, software, and network-related issues reported by clients.

· Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking devices, and peripheral equipment.

· Respond to service requests and incidents within agreed service levels.

· Escalate complex technical issues to vendors when required.

Installation & Configuration

· Install, configure, and commission IT hardware products at client sites.

· Configure network devices including switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls.

· Ensure proper integration of new hardware and software into existing client environments.

Customer Service & Documentation

· Communicate effectively with clients regarding issue status, resolutions, and preventive measures.

· Prepare service reports, installation reports, and technical documentation.

· Provide basic user training and guidance on IT systems and hardware usage.

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.

Required Qualifications

· Diploma / bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

· 2–7 years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or IT infrastructure support.

· Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as required.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with server, storage systems, and enterprise IT equipment.

· Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and backup solutions.

· Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
