Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Executive who will primarily be responsible for training internal teams and also handling field technical support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and mentor team members effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility – Team Training
Conduct structured technical training programs for internal teams.
Develop training materials, manuals, and SOPs.
Identify skill gaps and organise refresher training sessions.
Provide hands-on practical training and field-based demonstrations.
Evaluate team performance post-training and provide improvement plans.
Ensure standardization of technical processes across all branches.
Field Technical Support
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
Coordinate with vendors for replacements and repairs if required.
Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems.
Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
Support branches during technical escalations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
5 years of experience in technical support or field support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train and mentor team members.
Willingness to travel for field support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
