Technical Support Executive – Level 2 (L2)

Work Location: Coimbatore

Open to: Candidates with relevant IT support knowledge

Immediate Joiners Preferred 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 technical support for Windows desktops and laptops (hardware and software)

Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Exchange/IMAP accounts, and mobile email setups

Diagnose and resolve technical issues using critical thinking and logical troubleshooting techniques

Deliver remote support to end-users with varying technical proficiency, ensuring clear and patient guidance

Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system

Collaborate with IT team members to address recurring or complex issues

Adhere to IT policies, security standards, and best practices
