Title: Tech Support Intern (3-Month Internship – Potential for Immediate Hiring)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Tech Support Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship.

This is an unpaid internship, but it provides valuable hands-on experience working with real clients, systems, and support tools.

Opportunity for Full-Time Hiring:

If the intern performs exceptionally well, we may hire them immediately after the first month, even if they have not yet completed their degree or are still studying.

For students continuing their studies, we will reserve a position for them until they graduate.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the support team with daily technical issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems
  • Help with device configurations, testing, and reporting
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Document issues and follow up on resolutions

Requirements:

  • Interest in IT, technical support, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of computers, networks, or troubleshooting
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Currently studying or recently graduated (not mandatory)
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
