Job Summary:
We are looking for some help with our customer service. The position would be full time. We will train you on everything that you need to know. We are a small but quickly growing company where every person really does make a difference on the team. It is a great atmosphere to work in and we are pretty easy going.

Responsibilities:
-Taking customer service calls
- Working with customers to diagnose problems
- Working on the computer in Google Drive
- Working with Odoo to track customer service problems.
- Developing recipes with customers for specific foods
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes
- Maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Good work ethic
- Previous experience in customer service would be good.
- Positive personality
- Wilingness to learn technical aspects of a freeze dryer
- Ability to read and interpret diagnostic trees
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot assembly issues

Preferred Requirements:
- Software, Computer, Mechanical or other Engineering Background

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
