Technical Support Representative

LocalTel Communications is looking for energetic, friendly and motivated people to join our Technical Support Department. Ideal applicants will have outstanding customer service and communications skills, as well as a helpful disposition. Experience troubleshooting internet, television, and phone service preferred, but not necessary. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. EEO

Technical Support Representative Job Duties:

• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding client through corrective steps.
• Improves customer relations by entering and maintaining electronic documentation.
• Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
• Increases knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Maintains a professional relationship with customers, co-workers and outside resources.

Experience:

1. Networking, Routers

2. Familiarity with Email Clients, such as Outlook, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
