Role: Oracle Cerner EHR Tech Support

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience in enterprise IT, healthcare IT, or technical support roles (including internships)
• Basic understanding of core IT concepts: networking, servers, databases, virtualization, cloud computing, and end-user devices
• Exposure to Oracle Cerner EHR solutions such as Millennium, PowerChart, Discern Analytics, or related infrastructure components
• Hands-on experience supporting healthcare systems or clinical applications is an advantage
• Familiarity with IT service management or project delivery methodologies (Agile, ITIL, Lean, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within project teams in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
• Interest in pursuing Oracle Cerner training and certifications
