Technical Support Specialist

We are a fast-growing, product-driven company looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role, working US Eastern Time (EST) hours.

If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working closely with product teams, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide front-line support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot product and technical issues efficiently
  • Identify bugs and clearly document them for the engineering team
  • Guide customers through solutions in a clear, friendly, and empathetic way
  • Handle incoming support requests while maintaining strong response times
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in technical support, customer support, or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — required
  • Comfortable handling phone-based support in addition to chat and email
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Customer-obsessed, with a genuinely friendly, helpful, and empathetic approach to every interaction
