We are a fast-growing, product-driven company looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role, working US Eastern Time (EST) hours.

What You’ll Do
- Provide front-line support via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot product and technical issues efficiently
- Identify bugs and clearly document them for the engineering team
- Guide customers through solutions in a clear, friendly, and empathetic way
- Handle incoming support requests while maintaining strong response times
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updates
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in technical support, customer support, or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — required
- Comfortable handling phone-based support in addition to chat and email
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Customer-obsessed, with a genuinely friendly, helpful, and empathetic approach to every interaction
