```Duties```
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and escalate complex issues
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a help desk ticketing system
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Assist in the testing and deployment of new software applications and updates
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
```Qualifications```
- Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- IT infrastructure, computer hardware, and operating systems (
- Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., Jira) and ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security principles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
