Tender & Commercial Executive – Dubai, UAE (Koole Ship Salvage / Koole Contractors)

Role Summary:
A hands-on professional responsible for EPC tender management, registrations, commercial activities, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to EPC companies and oil and gas operators.
• Lead EPC tender registration, prequalification, submissions, and documentation.
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Maintain tender portals, databases, and compliance records.
• Support pricing, negotiation, and contract review.
• Develop client relationships and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• EPC experience is great to have.
• Maritime experience is a strong plus.
• Hands-on, proactive, commercially driven.
• UAE tendering and market knowledge preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
