  • Educate students and staff on ethical and responsible AI use.
2. Curriculum Integration
  • Collaborate with academic teams to embed AI literacy modules across disciplines.
  • Develop short certification programs such as “AI Readiness” or “AI Productivity for Professionals.”
  • Create self-paced resources, toolkits, and short video lessons for ongoing learning.
3. Faculty & Staff Enablement
  • Train faculty on using AI tools for lesson planning, content creation, and assessment design.
  • Help staff and administrators integrate AI into daily workflows to improve efficiency and innovation.
4. AI Tools & Innovation
  • Curate and evaluate the latest AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, Notion AI, etc.) for campus adoption.
  • Support pilot projects for integrating AI into classrooms, administration, and creative labs.
5. Community Building & Impact
  • Establish an AI Learning Community through events, newsletters, and challenge weeks.
  • Collect data on participation, engagement, and adoption rates to track initiative success.

Desired Skills & Competencies
  • Strong familiarity with generative AI tools and productivity platforms.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts simply and engagingly.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative and adaptable mindset with a passion for education and emerging technology.
  • Comfort with designing and delivering interactive workshops and micro-courses.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in training, education, digital learning, or EdTech.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering, AI literacy programs, or tool-based learning preferred.
  • Certification or demonstrated expertise in AI literacy or productivity tools is an advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of students and faculty trained.
  • Improvement in AI adoption across academic and administrative functions.
  • Quality and engagement of workshops and learning resources.
  • Growth of the AI Learning Community and initiative visibility.
