Job Title: Technical Trainer – AI for All
Location: On-Campus, K.R. Mangalam University, Sohna
Position Overview
K.R. Mangalam University is launching a campus-wide AI for All initiative to empower students and faculty from every discipline to understand, adopt, and leverage AI tools in their academic, professional, and creative pursuits.
We are seeking a Technical Trainer – AI for All who is passionate about democratizing AI and enabling practical adoption of AI tools for productivity, creativity, and problem-solving across all domains.
This role focuses on hands-on use of AI tools—not coding or model development—and aims to make AI accessible and useful to everyone on campus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Workshops
- Conduct engaging hands-on workshops on the use of AI tools for writing, presentations, design, research, data analysis, and ideation. 
- Design custom sessions for various schools and disciplines (e.g., “AI for Teachers”, “AI for Designers”, “AI for Business Professionals”). 
- Educate students and staff on ethical and responsible AI use. 
2. Curriculum Integration
- Collaborate with academic teams to embed AI literacy modules across disciplines. 
- Develop short certification programs such as “AI Readiness” or “AI Productivity for Professionals.” 
- Create self-paced resources, toolkits, and short video lessons for ongoing learning. 
3. Faculty & Staff Enablement
- Train faculty on using AI tools for lesson planning, content creation, and assessment design. 
- Help staff and administrators integrate AI into daily workflows to improve efficiency and innovation. 
4. AI Tools & Innovation
- Curate and evaluate the latest AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, Notion AI, etc.) for campus adoption. 
- Support pilot projects for integrating AI into classrooms, administration, and creative labs. 
5. Community Building & Impact
- Establish an AI Learning Community through events, newsletters, and challenge weeks. 
- Collect data on participation, engagement, and adoption rates to track initiative success. 
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong familiarity with generative AI tools and productivity platforms. 
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts simply and engagingly. 
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. 
- Creative and adaptable mindset with a passion for education and emerging technology. 
- Comfort with designing and delivering interactive workshops and micro-courses. 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. 
- 2–5 years of experience in training, education, digital learning, or EdTech. 
- Exposure to prompt engineering, AI literacy programs, or tool-based learning preferred. 
- Certification or demonstrated expertise in AI literacy or productivity tools is an advantage. 
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of students and faculty trained. 
- Improvement in AI adoption across academic and administrative functions. 
- Quality and engagement of workshops and learning resources. 
- Growth of the AI Learning Community and initiative visibility.
