Technical Trainer Session Recording IT Development & Networking

We are looking for an experienced *Technical Trainer* to record high-quality training sessions for our online learning platform. The trainer will create structured video lessons, hands-on demonstrations, real-time coding explanations, and practice assignments on various technical topics including *Java Development, Python Development, React, Flutter, and Computer Networking*.

The ideal candidate must have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present technical concepts clearly on camera.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Recording*

Record high-quality video sessions for Java, Python, React, Flutter, and Computer Networking courses.

Prepare detailed lesson plans, scripts, and training materials for each module.

Demonstrate real-time coding, debugging, and project development.

*Record practical labs, demos, assignments, and real-case scenarios.

2. Curriculum Development*

Design structured course modules from beginner to advanced levels.

Develop hands-on projects, exercises, and assessments aligned with industry standards.

Ensure content is up-to-date with the latest trends, versions, and frameworks.

3. Presentation & Delivery*

Deliver concepts in a simple, clear, engaging, and student-friendly manner.

Use screen recording, code walkthroughs, and interactive explanations for better understanding.

Maintain professional audio–video clarity and pacing during recordings.

4. Quality Assurance

Review and refine recorded sessions before submission.

Ensure technical accuracy, video quality, and adherence to content guidelines.

Work with the editing team to improve visuals, subtitles, animations, and overall quality.

5. Collaboration

Coordinate with the content, product, and instructional design teams for curriculum alignment.

Provide suggestions to improve the learning experience and content structure.

Required Technical Expertise

The trainer must have hands-on experience in the following areas:

Java Developer Skills

Core Java, OOP, Collections, Exception Handling

Multithreading, JDBC, Servlets, JSP

Spring / Spring Boot

REST APIs and Microservices

Python Developer Skills

Core Python, OOP, File Handling

Django / Flask, API development

Data handling, libraries, and scripting

Basic data structures & problem-solving

React Developer Skills

JavaScript ES6+, HTML, CSS

React.js, JSX, Hooks, State Management

Redux, API integration

Component-based architecture

Flutter Developer Skills

Dart programming

Flutter UI, Widgets, State Management

API integration, Firebase, Mobile App Deployment (iOS/Android)

Computer Networking

Network fundamentals, OSI model, TCP/IP

Routing, switching, subnetting

Network security basics

Configurations & troubleshooting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant field.

2–8 years of experience in software development or technical training.

Prior experience *training sessions preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience with LMS platforms, recording tools, and video editing basics.

Certifications in Java, Python, Networking, or Cloud e.g., CCNA are a plus.

Ability to create project-based learning modules.
