We are expanding our team in Lahore and looking for a Technical Writer / Proposal Writer who can help us create impactful proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that reflect our innovative capabilities.

Role Overview

The Technical Writer / Proposal Writer will be responsible for developing, structuring, and editing professional proposals and technical documents in collaboration with internal teams. This role requires a combination of excellent writing skills, technical understanding, and business communication acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, format, and edit proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, capability statements, and project documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Software, and Operations teams to gather information and translate it into compelling content.
  • Develop and maintain a central content library for technical and marketing materials.
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements and company standards for accuracy, structure, and clarity.
  • Create supporting materials such as presentations, case studies, and company profiles.
  • Review, proofread, and edit technical documents to ensure consistent tone, terminology, and branding.
  • Support continuous improvement in proposal processes and documentation quality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or bid management—preferably in a technology or software solutions company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of technical documentation, RFP/RFQ processes, and solution-based writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Adobe or layout tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong research and organizational skills.
