Detail-oriented and technically proficient Proposal Writer to develop high-quality, compliant, and persuasive proposals for technical projects. The role involves working closely with engineering, presales, and project teams to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling, and client-focused proposal documents.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and write technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and bids in line with client requirements.
  • Translate technical concepts, architectures, and solutions into clear, structured, and understandable content.
  • Coordinate with engineering, presales, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs for proposals.
  • Prepare technical narratives, methodologies, implementation plans, and solution overviews.
  • Ensure proposals comply with tender requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.
  • Manage proposal timelines, versions, and approvals to meet submission deadlines.
  • Edit, proofread, and format proposal documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, technical content, and case studies.

Support presentations, clarifications, and post-submission queries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in proposal writing for technical or engineering projects.
  • Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tenders.
  • Familiarity with proposal compliance, evaluation matrices, and bid management processes.
  • Experience in enterprise solutions, telecom, ELV, smart city, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts and solution lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with technical standards and regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of technical domains such as IT, telecom, ELV, networking, cloud, or engineering solutions.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, system architectures, and specifications.
  • Excellent technical writing, editing, and documentation skills.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and document formatting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
