We are currently expanding our Technical Services Team and are looking for committed, hands-on individuals for the role of Installation & Service Technician.

Position Summary:

As a Printer Installation & Service Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printing systems at customer locations. You will also support clients with software setup and design integration using CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop, ensuring a smooth workflow from design to print.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and calibrate Sublimation, Digital, DTF, and UV DTF printers at client locations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electronic, or software-related issues in printers.
• Provide technical training and support to end-users post-installation.
• Use Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to test print files and assist clients in basic design-to-print conversion processes.
• Maintain records of service calls, installations, customer feedback, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on firmware, hardware updates, and industry trends.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• DAE (Diploma in Associate Engineering) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Software, or Hardware
• Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Designing (with technical aptitude)

Experience: 0 to 1 year in technical servicing or machinery setup in relevant industries (printing/textile/design)

Software Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, Knowledge of ICC Profiling
• Ability to operate and test designs in printing software

Other Requirements:

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to travel and work on-site for installations and repairs
• Interest in digital textile and graphic printing technology
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
