Technician

Organize, carry out and implement total maintenance and upkeep the Capital investment and building fabric of the hotel. Maintaining the hotels services, gas, water, electricity and drainage, the contents of the building, equipment, car parks, grounds and staff quarters, by carrying out routine planned maintenance of the building.

· To maintain the efficient operation of all mechanical and electrical plant via the IHG card index system:

· Boilers, associated plant and controls

· Water treatments and monitoring

· Mechanical ventilation plant

· Kitchen equipment

· All artificial lighting

· Audio/visual equipment

· Hotel ancillary equipment

· Leisure Club mechanical, electrical and associated equipment

· Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

· Appreciate the dynamic nature of the hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers.

· Be able to promote the hotel (and Express by Holiday Inn generally) products and services.

· Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all Holiday Inn Express owned by Ishraq
