Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in Syracuse, NY. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include performing diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, while maintaining accurate service records. The role requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills to deliver high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing diagnostic tests
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety regulations
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in on-site environments
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Certification) and vocational training in HVAC are preferred
• Previous experience in HVAC or related trades is beneficial
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle emergency repairs when needed
