Key Responsibilities

Carpenter Helper – Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenter in repair and installation work.
• Handle tools, materials, and site preparation.
• Support furniture and woodwork maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Inhouse Technician – Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair works.
• Attend maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, and civil facility systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of building facilities.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and follow safety procedures.

Requirements:-

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and attend maintenance requests promptly.

Pay: From AED1,200.00 per month
