Technician building (handyman)

Job Title: Building Technician Cum Handyman

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,200 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Building Technician Cum Handyman to handle general maintenance and repair works in residential and commercial buildings. The candidate should be capable of performing basic technical tasks and attending maintenance issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair work (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Perform minor electrical works such as lights, switches, and sockets
• Handle basic plumbing repairs including leaks and fittings
• Repair doors, windows, locks, and furniture
• Assist with painting, wall repairs, and minor tiling work
• Conduct routine inspections and report major faults
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Follow safety procedures and maintain work area cleanliness

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a building technician or handyman
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil works
• Ability to work independently
• Physically fit and hardworking
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred:

• UAE experience is an advantage
• Technical certificate is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
