Location: Bin Mahmoud, Doha Qatar

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technician with strong knowledge in CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Shooting Range technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security and range systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP/Analog), NVRs/DVRs, and monitoring solutions.
• Install and service Access Control Systems including biometric devices, card readers, controllers, and related hardware.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain shooting range equipment (target carriers, scoring systems, control panels, etc.).
• Conduct site surveys, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment.
• Ensure proper cabling, termination, and labeling as per standards.
• Prepare service reports and maintain project documentation.
• Provide technical support and basic end-user training to clients.
• Adhere to safety and security guidelines during all work activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CCTV, Access Control, or ELV systems (shooting range experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, switches, routers).
• Hands-on experience with cabling (UTP, fiber optics, coaxial).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Must be available in Doha, Qatar and can start immediately.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with additional ELV systems such as Public Address, Intercoms, or IPTV.
• Knowledge of system integration with BMS or security platforms.
