Technician (Commercial Kitchen Equipment)

Job Description:

Are you a skilled and hands-on Technician with experience in commercial kitchen equipment? Do you take pride in troubleshooting, fault-finding, and delivering reliable maintenance support to hospitality clients? We’re looking for experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technicians to join our growing service division at ELKE UAE!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing, commissioning, and testing commercial kitchen equipment at client sites
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and gas-related faults
• Carrying out preventive maintenance (PPM) for hotels, restaurants, and catering facilities
• Reading wiring diagrams and technical manuals for European kitchen brands
• Ensuring timely completion of service reports and documentation
• Coordinating with the spare parts and maintenance team for parts replacement
• Providing professional on-site support to hospitality clients
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a technician in commercial kitchen equipment (mandatory)
• Experience working within hotels, restaurants, catering facilities, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of hot kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, ovens, fryers, dishwashers, and combi ovens
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, gas systems, and mechanical components
• Ability to diagnose faults independently and provide effective solutions
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• UAE driving license preferred
• Technical diploma or relevant vocational qualification preferred
