Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial buses technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles. This role requires a strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electronic components. The Mechanic will work closely with other technicians and service managers to ensure that all vehicles are operating safely and efficiently. As a technician, you will perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, as well as more complex repairs involving transmissions, engines, and electrical systems. You will use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and determine the best course of action. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety are essential in this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in heavy-duty Veh.

Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and brake inspections

Repair or replace faulty components including engines and transmissions

Use diagnostic tools and software to identify problems

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Communicate with drivers and fleet managers about vehicle issues

Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards

Order and manage inventory of parts and tools

Follow company and industry safety protocols

Requirements

• Vocational training in diesel technology or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck mechanic
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy parts and work in various conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
