Technician Helper – HVAC

Key Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians during installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from work sites.
• Help in installation of ducting, piping, insulation, and HVAC units.
• Support in cleaning, testing, and basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, fastening, and assembling components.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work site.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Report any issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Support technicians in attending breakdown calls and preventive maintenance visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or interest in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to learn HVAC systems and procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety practices.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
