What You’ll Do

Work with Production Supervisor to keep production quality up to standards.
Assist in making sets of color standards in the QA Lab.
Enter material requisition info in the stock traceability log.
Support both the press and offline department.
If necessary, test any materials required on the testing equipment in the lab.
Work with the ink room techs to ensure the color is correct for new or existing jobs.
File press cards, proofs, color standards and press retains as directed.
Inspect incoming material.
Review and approve raw material certificate of analysis
Write concise reports on projects/issues to communicate to the QA Manager.
Work with QA Manager to conduct environmental monitoring.
Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Participate in root cause analysis for customer complaints.
