Techno-Functional Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong business analysis expertise and hands-on technical understanding of WordPress and/or Laravel applications. This role is ideal for a techno-functional professional who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. The position is primarily focused on Business Analysis with additional involvement in Development & Technical Support.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable gathering requirements, preparing functional documentation, managing stakeholders, and supporting web application enhancements and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Assist with UAT, project tracking, and solution delivery.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend digital solutions.

Technical & Development Support

• 1+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Techno-Functional BA.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or Laravel.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and web application architecture.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, and web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation or web application projects.
• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and workflow design.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting, cPanel, or deployment processes.
• Agile, Scrum, CBAP, or related certifications are a plus.
