Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic technical documentation.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build new client connections.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic post-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Technical Requirements
- Basic understanding of technical products and their applications.
- Ability to read simple technical drawings or specifications.
- Familiarity with site visits, measurements, and coordination with technicians.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and general digital communication.
- Experience in techno-sales, product sales, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain product features clearly.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).
