The work is from our Oakbrook Terrace office supporting customers remotely across the Chicago metropolitan area. This is primarily structured project based work and being an escalation point within our help desk. This is an advanced technical role with a lot of room for growth..

Technical Experience:

• LAN and Wireless: Enterprise switch base configuration, VLAN’s, ACL’s, trunking, multicast, Ruckus WLC configuration, SSID, Radius and 802.1X.
• Firewalls and Cybersecurity: Firewall configuration, SDWAN, Endpoint protection, IPSEC tunnels, Remote user VPN with MFA, compliance and policy management.
• Datacenter and Virtualization: VmWare, Proxmox, Dell servers, raid, virtual networking, failover, hyper converged and cloud server hosting.
• AD & O365: GPO, DC builds, AD integration, onboarding/offboarding, Intune, Autopilot, MFA and SSO
• VoIP: 3CX, SBC, Sip trunks, ATA’s, paging gateways, cloud hosting, contact center, call flow, multicast paging and emergency notifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
