The Opportunity

We’re working with a leading international law firm seeking a talented Commercial / Technology Lawyer to join its thriving Middle East team in Abu Dhabi. This is a rare chance to work on market-defining mandates for some of the world’s most prominent technology clients.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years’ PQE (open to more senior candidates including Counsel level).
• Direct experience advising Amazon or a comparable major technology client in the UAE – ideally through a secondment or significant client mandates. (This is essential.)
• Strong experience across commercial contracts, technology agreements, and data/privacy issues.
• Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
• Track record of managing high-value, complex mandates.

• Advise on a broad range of commercial, technology, and data privacy matters for high-profile tech clients.
• Work closely with a leading Partner and a well-respected Middle East team.
• Play an integral role in supporting and growing relationships with key regional and global technology clients.
• Be given scope to contribute to business development initiatives and help shape the team’s future growth.
