We are looking for an experienced Technology Analyst Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of AI-driven applications and large-scale data engineering solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and architecture of AI-based and data engineering solutions
• Hands-on development using Python (backend), SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and processing
• Manage scalable databases ensuring performance, security, and availability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Own project planning and delivery, ensuring quality and timelines
• Lead and mentor a small to mid-sized development team
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams
• Explore and implement GenAI and emerging technologies to enhance solutions

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in AI, Data Engineering, or Backend Development
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, ETL, and database management
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
