Technology Lead – Oracle Integration

Experience Required: 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in Oracle Integration

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to lead solution design, development, and delivery across enterprise-grade Oracle Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integration architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementations including i
• Architect scalable and secure integration solutions using OIC, REST APIs, FBDI, BIP, BICC, and VBCS.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration specifications.
• Manage and mentor a team of integration developers and consultants.
• Oversee integration testing, performance tuning, and production deployment.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security protocols.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Oracle Integration Cloud Certified (preferred).
• Strong command of Oracle Fusion Middleware, OIC, and associated tools.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM) and their integration touchpoints.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services, XML, JSON, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs in telecom, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Rs1,000,000.00 - Rs1,500,000.00 per month
