Technology Sales Telemarketer

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. This position offers a fast-paced environment where your persuasive abilities and customer service skills will directly contribute to the company's growth and success.

Training will be provided to candidates not familiar with technology. This position is on site in Bradenton, FL; no remote work is available.

Compensation starts at $18 per hour plus commissions for deals closed due to appointments you schedule.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate leads and business opportunities
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Manage inbound inquiries from interested prospects and provide detailed product or service information
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences and refine outreach strategies
  • Qualify leads based on business development criteria and schedule follow-up actions or meetings
  • Maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions, ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Meet or exceed weekly call quotas and sales targets through effective negotiation and persuasive techniques

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with clear articulation and active listening abilities
  • Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales, or marketing is a plus
  • Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently, including warm calling strategies
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
