QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate a pallet jack
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs up to a height of 4 feet occasionally
- Ability to crawl under desks, work with arms overhead, or climb ladders occasionally
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined; able to carry out tasks and perform work at expected levels with indirect supervision
- Current driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel in district (mileage reimbursement provided)

REPORTS TO: Lead Computer Support Technician/Technology Support Specialist II
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Work as needed but typically less than 30 hours per week
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in the refreshing of district end-user devices
- Installing/Uninstalling cables, equipment and devices
- Receiving and unboxing of technology inventory and equipment
- Assisting in the imaging of technology devices
- Lifting, sorting, moving, technology equipment
- Attend meetings or work occasional overtime during busy periods as requested by supervisors or district administration.
- Clean, label, and repair technology equipment
- Be respectful and courteous to parents, students and staff.
- Dress and grooming should be appropriate.
- Read and respond to email in a timely manner.
- Be comfortable with the use of computers and other district technology to facilitate communication with district staff and administration.
- Complete all required training
- Travel in district as needed to provide services to district buildings and personnel, deliver or pick up technology equipment as needed to facilitate the repair and/or distribution of technology.
- Participate in special technology projects as required.
- Installing Network Infrastructure.
- Other duties as assigned.
