ISG Jubail is seeking a forward-thinking Technology & Innovation Specialist to lead the development and delivery of a modern, future-focused technology program across Elementary, Middle, and High School.
This role goes beyond traditional technology instruction. The successful candidate will design and implement a cohesive pathway of specialist courses in areas such as programming, robotics, computational thinking, and digital innovation. They will play a key role in shaping how students engage with technology, moving from consumers to creators.
The ideal candidate is a builder and educator. Someone who is excited to launch new courses, pilot ideas, and create hands-on learning experiences that prepare students for a rapidly changing world. Design and implement a K–12 technology pathway that includes coding, robotics, and emerging technologies.

Develop specialist courses and electives aligned with international standards and future-ready skills.

Continuously evaluate and refine the program based on student needs and industry trends.

Support integration of technology across subject areas where appropriate.
Teaching & Learning

Deliver engaging, hands-on, project-based learning experiences.

Teach programming, robotics, and related subjects appropriate to ES, MS, and HS levels.

Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving through real-world challenges.

Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of learners.
Innovation & Student Experience

Create opportunities for students to showcase learning (competitions, exhibitions, coding challenges, etc.).

Encourage student-led projects, innovation, and design thinking.

Build a culture where experimentation and iteration are part of learning.
Collaboration & Community

Collaborate with faculty to support interdisciplinary learning.

Provide guidance and support to staff in integrating technology into their classrooms.

Engage with the wider school community through events, clubs, or after-school programs.

Provide ongoing, structured support to teachers in integrating technology into their practice.

Lead targeted professional development, coaching, and PLC integration to build staff confidence and consistency.

Help establish clear expectations and shared approaches to technology use across the school.
Operations & Support

Manage and maintain technology resources, including robotics equipment and software platforms.

Stay current with developments in computer science, AI, and educational technology.

Ensure safe and responsible use of technology at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Teaching certification.

Experience teaching coding, robotics, or computer science across multiple grade levels.
Preferred
-
Experience building or leading a technology program.

Familiarity with platforms such as Python, Scratch, Arduino, robotics kits, or similar tools.

Experience with project-based or inquiry-based learning approaches.
