Technology Training Specialist

Our client is looking for a Learning & Technology Adoption Specialist to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys teaching, engaging with people, and helping professionals adopt new technology—especially AI and modern workflow tools.

What You’ll Do

• Train business professionals on AI tools and emerging technologies
• Lead interactive workshops, onboarding sessions, and live demonstrations
• Provide 1:1 coaching and support to help users adopt new tools effectively
• Create simple training materials such as tip sheets, short guides, and videos
• Partner with internal teams to improve technology adoption and training programs
• Stay current on AI and innovation trends to enhance learning initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in professional services ideally
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience leading training sessions, workshops, or technology adoption initiatives
• Interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT or other generative AI platforms
• Ability to engage audiences and adapt training in fast-paced environments

Bonus Experience

• Experience providing white-glove support or personalized coaching
