Tekla and SDS2 team leads

We are looking for experienced tekla or sds2 team leads. This position will be working from our office in Guindy.

Job Duties

• Review of model and drawings.
• Lead and manage a team of 5 modelers and detailers.
• Complete project specific setups and custom components.
• Model complex framing or connections.
• Participate in project kickoffs and manage projects to completion.
• Ensure compliance of drawings with customer requirements and maintain quality in team's output.
• Write RFI’s as required.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years in the field of steel detailing using tekla or SDS2 for commercial, institutional and industrial projects. Experience in American projects an asset.
• Extensive knowledge of structural and miscellaneous steel construction.
• Extensive knowledge of the AISC code of standard practice.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals behind connection design.
• Experience with model and drawing checking including using software such as Bluebeam to do digital drawing checking.
• Self-motivated and ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal guidance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
