TEKLA MODELER

We are seeking an experienced Tekla Modeler to join our engineering and BIM team for ongoing and upcoming structural steel and steel fabrication projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate models and fabrication-ready drawings in coordination with engineering, production, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures
• Prepare and review shop drawings, general arrangement (GA), and assembly drawings
• Generate BOQs, NC files, material take-offs, and reports
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, production, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and international standards
• Incorporate consultant comments, RFIs, and site modifications efficiently
• Maintain model accuracy to support fabrication and erection sequencing

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience as a Tekla Modeler
• Strong background in structural steel buildings and steel fabrication projects
• Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of connections, detailing standards, and fabrication processes
• Experience working on UAE / GCC projects is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight project deadlines
