About the Company: We are seeking a dedicated Technical Purchasing Specialist to manage our local procurement activities in Turkey for Windows Solutions Department, with a strong focus on trade goods. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.

About the Role: Oversee and manage all local purchasing activities with a focus on procuring trade goods. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers. Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement. Ensure compliance with purchasing processes and guidelines. Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the global procurement team to align local activities with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Material Engineering, Int'l Trade, SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields.
• Min. 8 years of proven experience in a technical purchasing role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of purchasing processes and methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Fluency in English or German
