Tele Call Representative – Business Setup (Free Zone & Mainland)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Call Representative to join our Business Setup consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of UAE Free Zone and Mainland company formation, and the ability to convert leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding UAE business setup services
• Explain Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company formation options
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Schedule meetings for business consultants when required
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Provide basic information on licensing, visas, and company registration processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tele Call Representative / Telemarketer (Business Setup preferred)
• Good knowledge of UAE Free Zone and Mainland company formation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
• Ability to work with CRM systems
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Professional phone etiquette

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
