Tele Caller

Job Title: Telecaller – Product Sales
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Industry Preference: Candidates preferred from Automotive, Construction, Wood & Allied Product industries.
Work Mode: Office Based
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product information & solutions.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support the sales closure process.
• Maintain call logs, CRM records, and daily MIS reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–4 years experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Product Sales.
• Strong communication & convincing skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain product benefits clearly.
• Prior experience in Auto / Construction / Wood / Industrial products is highly preferred.
• Good attitude, disciplined follow-ups & target-oriented approach.
