Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients regarding legal services, case updates, and follow-ups
Handle inbound calls and respond to client queries professionally
Explain firm services clearly and schedule appointments for advocates
Maintain accurate call records and client details
Follow up with existing and potential clients as per assigned cases
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication

Requirements & Skills:

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English
Polite, confident, and client-friendly attitude
Ability to handle calls patiently and professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, call logs, CRM preferred)
Target-oriented and responsible

Working Hours:

Full-time
