Job Description:

iHunTech is looking for an ambitious and energetic Telecallers/BDE to help us expand our clientele. Candidate will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Candidate should have:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling
  • Must be conversant with IT business development process including initiate calls, understanding requirements, proposal, price negotiation, deal closure, contract, etc.
  • Should be Lead Management skills with abilities to create business pipeline and plan business accordingly
  • Candidate should have prior experience acquiring projects related to e-commerce websites, mobile application (Android), WordPress, Magento etc..
  • Making the presentation to the clients, negotiate rates, and follow up till the closure.

Required Candidate profile:

  • Candidate must possess good communication skills to handle clients
  • S/He must be good at email communications.
  • S/He must be an open learner and must possess good knowledge of Website and Digital Marketing sales.
  • Approachable and vibrant personality.
  • Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
  • Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
